I'm Natalie...

My journey with psychology started in 2007 at University of Arizona - BEARDOWN. I dedicated much of my time to honors research labs studying what makes humans tick. Why we say what we say, do what we do. How we feel close to others. Why we engage in self-sabotage. I was hungry to learn everything I could.

Shortly after graduation, I acquired a position at The MIND Research Network (MRN) in Albuquerque where I oversaw National Institute of Health (NIH) nationally-funded projects that focused on addiction. Surrounded by my people - a group of (the coolest) mega-nerds, we utilized fMRIs to see how the brain and behavior played off one another, specifically with substances.

It was through my time at MRN that I realized my love for learning about others' lives. I earned my Masters in Counseling from the University of New Mexico, and here we are.

I can't wait to get to know you. This is my passion and I find so much meaning and purpose in walking alongside you as you navigate life's challenges, victories, and lessons.
